By accessing EM DocBox you agree to these terms. They're written plainly on purpose — read them before you rely on the tool.

Eligibility
EM DocBox is intended exclusively for licensed clinicians and other licensed healthcare professionals using it within their scope of practice and jurisdiction. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement. EM DocBox is not for patients, consumers, or the general public.
Acceptable use
You agree to use EM DocBox lawfully and responsibly. You may not:
- Scrape, crawl, bulk-download, or otherwise extract the content or the AI endpoints in an automated or abusive manner.
- Attempt to overload, rate-evade, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the AI features or infrastructure.
- Enter protected health information (PHI) or patient identifiers into any feature. The AI tools are for de-identified use only — see the Privacy Policy.
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the content as your own.
- Use the service in any way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
Open beta — provided as-is
EM DocBox is an open beta, provided free of charge and "as is." There are no guarantees of uptime, availability, accuracy, or completeness. Features may change, break, or be removed at any time without notice. Do not build a workflow that depends on continuous availability.
Intellectual property
The curated reference content, design, and original compilation that make up EM DocBox are owned by EM DocBox and its author and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Underlying facts, doses, and source materials remain the property of their respective owners (for example, FDA labeling and society guidelines).
You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use EM DocBox for your own clinical reference. This does not grant you any right to redistribute, republish, or commercialize the content.
Disclaimer of warranties
EM DocBox is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Your use of the clinical content is governed by, and subject to, the Medical Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EM DocBox, its author, and contributors will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages — including patient harm, loss of data, or lost profits — arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the service. You use EM DocBox at your own risk and remain solely responsible for your clinical decisions.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
Governing law
